Welcome to the 6th edition of ‘GYAN,’ the most interactive subject-oriented & flagship Cadaver Dissection Course organised annually by the Dept of Maxillofacial Surgery, Govt Dental College & Hospital, Ahmedabad!
Over the past five editions, GYAN has explored the fascinating realms of Oral Cancer, Orthognathic Surgery, Facial Aesthetics, and TMJ, consistently pushing the boundaries of Maxillofacial Surgery. With more than 1000 participants trained so far, GYAN continues to be a leading platform for advancing knowledge and expertise in these critical areas.
This year, we’re diving deeper – into the very incisions that unlock the Maxillofacial skeleton! Whether it’s for treating complex diseases or enhancing facial aesthetics, these approaches are your gateway to mastering the Orbit, Maxilla, Mandible, Cranium, Nose, Face, Neck, and TMJ. And we don’t stop there – we’re bringing in grafts like Rib, Iliac Crest, Calvarium, and Fat to elevate your surgical prowess even further.

- Cadaveric hands-on and observer registrations are additional options.
- Only those who register for cadaveric hands-on or observer sessions will be allowed to enter the dissection hall on the last day.
